Opposite to competitive acro dance, commertial dance classes offers a variaty of benefits these included in the list above. We mentor and teach our dancers about emotional and pysical awareness while mastering acro in a stressfree, fun and safe environment.
About our Programs and Syllabus
Our Programs and classes are specifically designed to ensure success and achievement for all dancers. It is not just an Acro dance syllabus but a handbook to life through dance. Our program and mentoring techniques are garuanteed to be one of the best focusing on creating a modern, safe and fun environment for dancers to grow and develop.
Registered at IAAASA (Integrated Artistic Acrobatic Association of South Africa) we are using their syllabus and grading for our dancers to grow from beginner to professional acro coach/teacher. This syllabus starts at the age of 3 and end on the Age of 18, but this does not mean that this syllabus is restricted to age. Dancers enter at levels corresponding with their acro ability as well as age and complete examinations. You may ask what a exmination intales, examinations are preped for in class and coached by a registerd coach, this examination will then be conducted and graded by a registered examiner send from IAAASA.
Our competitive dancers are challenged to compete at different competitions throughout the dance season. These competitions includes:
- Talent Africa – 3 round
- On the Stage
- WLDF
- IAAASA championships
- Eistedfodds

We offer our tumbling classes seperate from our dance classes to be more focussed and disiplined ensuring the safety of dancers during these lessons. We also host a tumbling workshop each month with a co-coach traveling from Johannesburg to join us for the day. Tumbling takes alot of preperation to make sure our dancers meet the physical requirement to not only complete novice tumbling skills but to advance to a professional level.
